$25,000 Ambassador Scholarship

Launched in 2025, the Tri-State Fair Ambassador Scholarship is reserved for one student in the Texas Panhandle. This scholarship will be awarded to a high school junior and will grant them the opportunity to gain valuable community service and leadership skills, while promoting the mission of the Amarillo Tri-State Exposition. Upon completion of a successful ambassadorship, the student will receive $25,000 to pursue higher education.

Meet Addilyn Reed, our 2025 Tri-State Fair Ambassador Scholar!

"My name is Addilyn Reed, and I am beyond excited for the opportunity to serve as the first ever Tri-Fair Ambassador Scholar! I am 17 years old and attend high school in the small town of Kress, where my family has been farming for generations. I am highly involved in a variety of activities such as 4-H, basketball, FCCLA, and National Honor Society to name a few. The Tri-State Fair and Rodeo has been an integral part of my life from exhibiting show steers, to livestock judging contests and youth culinary entries, to serving on the Junior Fair Board. I have truly become passionate about its mission and am thankful for the lasting friendships, competitive spirit, and life lessons it has provided me with. As the Ambassador Scholar, I will use my role to create “Memories you can’t miss” like these for others, all while staying true to the fair’s core values and advocating for the agriculture industry."
