About the Amarillo Tri-State Exposition
Enriching the Community through Connection, Growth and Service.
Since 1923, the Tri-State Fair & Rodeo and Tri-State Fairgrounds has been a cornerstone of Amarillo and the greater Texas Panhandle. What started as a small stock show has grown into a nine-day celebration of agriculture, education, entertainment and community.
Today, the Tri-State Fair & Rodeo is a tradition that brings families, friends and neighbors together. From rodeo thrills to funnel cake-filled nights, livestock shows to live music, the Fair creates shared experiences that spark joy and long-lasting memories.
Our Purpose
The Amarillo Tri-State Exposition exists to enrich the community through connection, growth and service. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and volunteer-based organization, our work supports youth and agricultural education and community engagement all year long, not just during Fair week.
Powered by People
The Fair wouldn’t be possible without the heart and hustle of our volunteers, partners and sponsors. Our Board of Directors, committees and hundreds of volunteers dedicate their time and talents to make this event, and our mission, come to life.
