Red Steagall is recognized as the 2023 Tri-State Fair and Rodeo Western Heritage Award winner. Red is a standout Western musician and poet. He embodies cowboy character and spent much of his time riding horseback through Panhandle country. We are proud to present the Western Heritage Award to Red Steagall.
