How much does it cost to get into the Fair?
Adults $10
Youth (6-12) $5
Sr. Citizens (55+) $5
HALF PRICE ADULT ADMISSION TICKETS WILL BE ON SALE AT AREA WALGREENS AUGUST 22-SEPTEMBER 13. USE THEM ANY DAY OF THE FAIR EXCEPT TUESDAY, SEPT. 18.
What are the hours?
Opening Day-Friday, Sept. 14-4PM
Daily 8AM-Midnight
Carnival Hours-Noon-Midnight Weekends and 4PM-Midnight throughout the week.
When are entries due at the Fair?

Tuesday, Sept. 11...4PM-8PM arrival of Art & Open Textiles Exhibits
Wednesday, Sept. 12...10AM-6PM arrival of Open Textiles. Noon-6PM arrival of Ceramics and Youth Textiles. Noon-6PM arrival of Canned Goods-Open & Youth Culinary. 3PM-8PM arrival of Art. Noon-6PM arrival of Amateur Photography.
Thursday, Sept. 13...7:30AM-Noon arrival of Open Culinary, 8AM-6PM arrival of Youth Culinary, 10AM-4PM arrival of Open Textiles, 10AM-4PM arrival of Youth Textiles, 10AM-6PM arrival of Ceramics, Noon-7PM arrival of Amateur Photography, 5PM-8PM arrival of Professional Photography.

Do you have ATMs available at the Fair?
ATMs are placed throughout the Fair.
May I bring my pet to the Fair?
Pets are not allowed on the fairgrounds. This includes the Midway and the Rodeo Arena and surrounding areas. Service animals with proper documentation will be allowed on the grounds.
Carnival
What are the height requirements for the rides?
36" is the minimum with a ticketed adult. All rides have a minimum requirement and those differ with each ride.

What is a Mega Pass?
Mega Passes are $65 August 15-Sept. 13.
$70 Sept. 14. Mega Passes include daily gate admission and a carnival wristband each day of the fair.
Mega Passes go on sale at the fair office August 15 and at Toot'n Totum September 1.

Gala
What is the Gala?
The Gala serves as a kick-off party for the annual Tri-State Fair & Rodeo.
When and where is the Gala held?
The Gala will be held Saturday, September 8, 2012 in the Amarillo National Center.
Who is the entertainment and how much are tickets?
Entertainment for 2012 will be the Josh Abbott Band. Tickets are $17 and that includes the $2 service charge. Call the fairgrounds at 806-376-7767 to purchase tickets. When purchasing tickets through panhandletickets.com there are additional charges.
What happens to the money raised from the Gala?
Funds raised at the Gala go to the Tri-State Fair & Rodeo Scholarship Endowment Fund.
