Tri-State Fair Remains Ford Tough…

Amarillo, Texas, August 1, 2009- The Tri-State Fair & Rodeo is proud to announce the Texas Ford Dealers will remain the event’s title sponsor for the fourth year. The 2009 celebration will be named the Texas Ford Dealers’ Tri-State Fair & Rodeo.

“We believe this existing relationship with the Texas Ford Dealers greatly enhances our event. Our organization is excited to have them on board, and we hope this will continue to be a long-term partnership,” said General Manager Virgil Bartlett.

The Tri-State Fair & Rodeo is the area’s largest annual event, drawing more than 145,000 people each year. It is also one of the longest running events in the area. This September will be the Tri-State Fair’s 86th year of serving the community and the youth of the Panhandle.

“The Tri-State Fair & Rodeo is a part of the Amarillo culture and it is my pleasure to announce that this is the fourth consecutive year for this partnership. We realize how important the Tri-State Fair is to the Amarillo area, and we want to do what we can to keep the event strong and vibrant,” according to Dennis Flaherty, the advertising manager for the Texas Ford Dealers.
